On April 24, 2026, Geely Auto Group officially unveiled the Eva Cab, China’s first native-developed “Robotaxi” prototype, at the Beijing Auto Show. This launch is supported by the full-spectrum AI 2.0 technology system, an open and collaborative innovation ecosystem, and a global development blueprint, marking a significant step towards a future of intelligent electric vehicles.
Geely Auto Group showcased its entire brand matrix, including Zeekr, Lynk & Co, Geely Galaxy, and Geely China Star, under the banner of “One Geely.” This marked the debut of their “Tech Eco Exhibition,” featuring a wide range of products powered by multiple energy sources, including fully electric, hybrid, methanol, and fuel-powered vehicles. Among the highlights were the Super Eva, the Qianli Haohan G-ASD 4.0, the Intelligent Egg Cabin, the next-generation 800V pure electric ecosystem, and the Shendun Golden Brick all-solid-state battery, demonstrating the latest advancements in the full-spectrum AI 2.0 era.
The Eva Cab redefines the future of smart mobility by integrating Geely’s full-spectrum AI technology. It addresses users’ and industries’ aspirations for future “autonomous driving” through a comprehensive approach that includes design, hardware, software, and ecosystem development.
In terms of design, the Eva Cab embodies the philosophy of “Tech Mobility, Beautiful Life.” Its overall shape reflects the Eastern philosophical concept of “heaven and earth,” featuring high-opening electric sliding doors and a cabin layout that shifts the focus from the driver’s seat to the passenger space, merging high aesthetic value with expansive space. The vehicle’s core hardware, including lidar and sensors, is prominently displayed in the smart integration area on the front and body, providing visible safety assurances for users. Inside the cabin, details like the Galaxy Skylight, Starry River door panels, and Lanting curved handrails add warmth to the future of mobility.
Empowered by Geely’s full-spectrum AI 2.0 technology, the Eva Cab will be equipped with the world’s first quantum-level AI electronic electrical architecture EEA 4.0. This system employs quantum encryption technology to ensure full-link, quantum-level security, covering various high-frequency scenarios, including Bluetooth keys, remote vehicle control, OTA upgrades, and data privacy. Additionally, it features the industry’s first SOVD vehicle-cloud integrated diagnostic technology, creating a proactive protection system throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle. In terms of computing power, the Eva Cab integrates leading-edge chips including NVIDIA’s SuperChip, Thor U, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8797, achieving a total computing power exceeding 3000 TOPS, ensuring ample processing capabilities for Level 4 autonomous driving.
For perception hardware, the Eva Cab will feature the world’s first 2160-line digital lidar, capable of producing an astonishing 25.92 million points of imaging per second and detecting distances up to 600 meters. Furthermore, it will incorporate the industry’s first production-ready L4 autonomous driving software solution—the “Qianli Haohan G-ASD L4” version—enabling driverless operations on public roads, catering to needs such as hotel and airport transfers, and business travel. As the Qianli Haohan G-ASD L4 and Super Eva continue to evolve and integrate, the future Eva Cab aims to become a truly intelligent mobility robot capable of sensing, thinking, deciding, and executing.
In terms of mobility ecosystems, Geely has pioneered a seamless integration of “ground, low altitude, and low orbit” technologies. In December of last year, Cao Cao Mobility launched the world’s first green intelligent transit island, taking concrete steps towards realizing Geely’s vision of “leading a green intelligent transit ecosystem.” Through Cao Cao Mobility, Robotaxis have been in trial operation in cities like Hangzhou and Suzhou for over a year, successfully validating the autonomous driving capabilities of the Qianli Haohan G-ASD L4 version and their reliability and practicality in real-world conditions. By 2027, Geely plans to officially launch a customized version of the Eva Cab for Cao Cao Mobility, accelerating the large-scale application and deployment of Robotaxis. In the future, the Eva Cab will also integrate into a comprehensive intelligent technology ecosystem, collaborating deeply with partners in road traffic systems, low-altitude flying vehicles, and low-orbit satellite communication to create a world of intelligent mobility with “zero waiting, zero congestion, and zero accidents.”
The launch of the Eva Cab signifies not only an important milestone for Geely in smart mobility but also represents the company’s path and strategic commitment to AI-driven development. Building on the successful execution of the “Intelligent Geely 2025” strategy over the past five years, Geely has consistently invested in new technological infrastructure, including large models, high computing power, big data, and satellite star chains, creating a “smart technology ecosystem” that drives the company as a global automotive leader.
As the first automaker to complete a full-spectrum AI layout, Geely initiated research on foundational large models as early as 2021, unveiling the world’s first all-scenario AI large model tailored for the automotive industry—the Starry AI large model. In 2022, they established the industry’s first cloud-based super-intelligent computing center—the Geely Starry Intelligent Computing Center, which now boasts a comprehensive computing power of 23.5 EFLOPS, securing its position as the leader in computing power among Chinese automakers.
Through continuous investment in AI infrastructure, Geely released the first full-spectrum AI technology system in the automotive industry in January 2025, applying AI technologies across powertrains, chassis, cabins, and driver assistance systems. They have since introduced a series of technological achievements, such as the Starry AI Cloud Power, AI Digital Chassis, and AI Intelligent Architecture, rapidly advancing their production capabilities. At this year’s CES, Geely launched the WAM world behavior model, achieving groundbreaking cross-domain collaboration for the entire vehicle and evolving full-spectrum AI into the 2.0 era. The WAM model serves as a unified “brain” for the vehicle, linking the intelligent cabin and driver assistance systems, coordinating numerous sub-domain intelligent units across chassis, power, and body control, forming the industry’s unique “1+2+N” full-spectrum intelligent unit layout.
Geely has also introduced China’s first integrated cockpit-super intelligent unit—Super Eva—leading the way in the Zeekr 8X production model. Super Eva is the foundation of integrated vehicle intelligence, enhanced by end-to-end voice and VLM visual models, enabling exceptional perception and understanding, facilitating seamless integration of internal and external ecosystems, and executing complex tasks collaboratively across multiple domains. While Super Eva handles the “thinking” aspect of cockpit integration, the Qianli Haohan G-ASD 4.0 is responsible for the “movement,” featuring advanced capabilities such as gesture summon and AI navigation functions. This year, the intelligent safety experiences of Qianli Haohan G-ASD 4.0 will be rolled out in the entire Zeekr lineup, Lynk & Co models (07, 08, 10, 900), and Geely Galaxy M9, accelerating their adoption in more high-value mainstream models.
From the layout of the full-spectrum AI 2.0 technology system to the rollout of China’s first native-developed “Robotaxi” prototype, Eva Cab, Geely has demonstrated its comprehensive and leading capabilities in AI technological innovation, AI ecosystem integration, and AI experience dissemination. This showcases Geely’s strength as a “global leader in intelligent and safe automobiles” and its profound foundation. In the future, Geely will continue to drive transformation in mobility forms through industry-leading full-spectrum AI technology, solidifying China’s automotive industry’s leading position in the global intelligent transformation and directing the future development of the industry!
