ZhiYuan Robotics Launches Hong Kong Embodied Intelligence Industry Co-Creation Initiative

On May 12, during the inaugural Hong Kong Embodied Intelligence Industry Summit and the Zhiyuan APC 2026 (Hong Kong) event, Zhiyuan Robotics officially launched the “Hong Kong Embodied Intelligence Industry Co-Creation Plan.” This initiative, which involves collaboration with representatives from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, industry, academia, research, and the finance sector, focuses on five key areas: application scenarios, innovation and entrepreneurship, industry-academia-research collaboration, talent development, and international cooperation.

The plan aims to achieve ambitious targets over the next five years, specifically to establish several industry-research joint laboratories, nurture dozens of innovative enterprises in embodied intelligence, and develop hundreds of industrial partners. This effort is intended to stimulate the collaborative development of the industrial chain, application scenarios, and innovation capabilities, thereby accelerating the integration of embodied intelligence with real business needs and pushing China’s embodied intelligence industry onto the global stage.

In related news, Zhiyuan Robotics has recently established a new technology company in Wuxi. According to records from Qichacha, Zhiyuan Innovation (Wuxi) Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on areas such as artificial intelligence application software development, general application systems, foundational resources and technology platforms for AI, and technical consulting services for AI public service platforms. This company is wholly owned by Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhiyuan Robotics.

Additionally, Zhiyuan Robotics has entered a strategic partnership with Lingyi Wanshu to jointly explore the global enterprise market. This collaboration highlights a growing trend in the digital transformation of businesses, where AI must be integrated into core business processes through a closed loop of software intelligence and physical execution systems. Lingyi Wanshu will provide multi-agent systems for understanding, decision-making, and scheduling, while Zhiyuan Robotics will deliver embodied intelligence robots for executing operations and data collection in real environments.

In another recent development, Blue Dot Touch, a leading domestic six-dimensional force sensor company, announced that it has secured over 100 million yuan in Series C+ financing. This round of investment was led by Puxian Capital, a subsidiary of CATL, along with contributions from Zhiyuan Robotics, Galaxy General, and other prominent institutions. The funds will primarily support new product development, smart manufacturing construction, and market expansion both domestically and internationally.

Zhiyuan Robotics has also teamed up with Zhongtian Technology to establish a new robotics company, Zhongtian Robotics (Nantong) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. This company will focus on the sales and research of intelligent robots, as well as the manufacturing of industrial robots.

Moreover, Zhiyuan Robotics has launched a new company named Zhiyuan Kuto Technology in Shenzhen, which is dedicated to the research and sales of intelligent robots and the development of AI theoretical and algorithm software.

Finally, Zhiyuan Robotics has unveiled its next-generation embodied intelligence model, the Genie Operator-2 (GO-2). This model successfully bridges the gap from logical reasoning to precise action execution within a unified framework, trained on tens of thousands of hours of data, and has set new industry standards in multiple robotic benchmark tests. This advancement marks a significant transition from “black box exploration” to a state of true “knowledge-action integration.”
