In March 2025, the national situation regarding the integration and consumption of new energy was released. According to the National Energy Administration’s Notification on Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Development and Construction Matters (Document No. Guonengfa Xinneng [2021] 25), this report aims to guide rational investment and orderly construction of new energy projects. The integration and consumption data for new energy across various provincial regions for March 2025 have been published as follows.
Note: The utilization rate of new energy is calculated based solely on the amount of restricted power generation due to system constraints, as stated in the National Energy Administration’s Notification on Ensuring the Consumption of New Energy for High-Quality Development (Document No. Guonengfa Dianli [2024] 44).
