On May 11, Changsha Intelligent Data Inspection Platform officially launched in the Xiangyin National High-tech Zone. This platform is equipped with 150 RealBOT humanoid robots capable of performing over 1,000 various real-world tasks, covering an area of 3,000 square meters.
At the same time, the platform collaborates with Zhuhai Zhenjiang Intelligent Technology (commonly known as “Zhenjiang”) to integrate robots directly into production lines, supply chain management, home service, and power maintenance. This collaboration aims to enhance operational efficiency and accumulate experience in smart operations.
The “Data Center 2.0 version” emphasizes the use of advanced data collection methods, focusing on “real-world operational scenarios” and “real-time data exchange.” This new version is designed to improve high-quality real-time data processing.
Currently, Changsha Intelligent Data Inspection Platform is transitioning from the evaluation phase to the production phase. However, the biggest challenges faced in the global robotic industry are the lack of data availability, high quality, and multi-modal real-world data.
Data is now considered the “oil of the digital age.” It is noted that the “Data Center 2.0 version” primarily focuses on three critical aspects of practical implementation:
- Real-time data collection and control capabilities.
- Direct integration with production lines and supply chain management.
- Robustness of operational procedures through automated systems.
The platform will utilize a decentralized model for real-time data collection, enabling robots to operate efficiently across various environments. Furthermore, through trials with manufacturing lines and alternative energy verification, the platform aims to enhance its performance.
The “Data Center 2.0 version” will ensure continuous data collection and testing under limited operational conditions. It will focus on ensuring the reliability and stability of robotic systems, securing the efficiency of “production line alternatives” and “real-time operations.”
Representatives from the Changsha Municipal Government and the Xiangyin National High-tech Zone have confirmed their commitment to continuously enhance the platform’s capabilities, promoting AI-driven efficiency in the manufacturing sector.
In the future, the platform aims to maintain its focus on high-quality real-world data, ensuring it operates efficiently in the manufacturing environment. They are dedicated to constructing a new generation of production systems based on intelligent machinery, enhancing operational efficiency, and offering services to the human community.
As the main hub for the Xiangyin region, the platform will collaborate with local companies to build a robust manufacturing chain, enhancing the capabilities of Changsha’s Intelligent Data Inspection Platform and the manufacturing sector’s agility.
Overall, this initiative aims to propel the AI-driven manufacturing sector forward, creating a more efficient operational model for the future.
