Figure’s New Generation Robot Production Rate Surges, Launching “BotQ” Initiative

Every small moment counts! The production rate of the third-generation humanoid robots is rapidly increasing. Is the company ready to launch “BotQ”? On April 30, 2026, at 13:17, the finance community reported through the New Wave Finance app that on April 29, Brett Adcock, the CEO of Figure, announced on the social media platform X that within just 120 days, the production rate of Figure has significantly surged to 24 units per day. This means that from now on, a new humanoid robot will be produced every hour. Adcock stated that this week, Figure is set to produce 55 humanoid robots.

The latest developments from Figure include the recent increase in production efficiency. The production line’s end-of-life (EOL) testing has surpassed 80%, and each week is showing improvements. The production line for batteries has reached an impressive 99.3% efficiency, with over 500 battery packs delivered. Additionally, more than 9,000 execution units have been produced, comprising various SKUs (stock-keeping units).

BotQ is Figure’s first-generation automated production line, officially launched on March 15, 2025. This production line primarily focuses on the manufacturing of Figure 03 (third-generation humanoid robots), utilizing specialized software for automated operations, running in parallel across more than 150 connected workstations.

Moreover, within the BotQ facility, humanoid robots will actively participate in the assembly and configuration of new robots. Figure asserts that as our robot count increases, our Helix model AI will also expand. This growth allows us to enhance our production capabilities and strengthen our systems and efficiency.

Looking ahead, Figure is already constructing a robust production line capable of testing and manufacturing new units. Each humanoid robot must undergo at least 80 functional verification tests before completion. During these tests, the robots will perform various tasks, including deep learning, data processing, and physical movements, potentially reaching hundreds of operational cycles.

From a corporate perspective, the humanoid robots are expected to increase their production efficiency significantly. According to reports, specific supply chains are projected to expand, with significant production lines set to be operational by August.

The production headquarter has also indicated plans to enhance their supply chain capabilities rapidly. The current hardware supply chain has struggled to meet the increasing demand for robotic units, and the company is focused on ensuring that operational readiness continues to improve.

In summary, the developments at Figure reflect a broader trend in the robotics industry, emphasizing increased efficiency and production capacity. As we advance, the focus remains on leveraging these technologies to maximize operational effectiveness and drive innovation.
