Setup takes about 15 minutes. You will need a Phillips screwdriver.
1. Mount to the desk
- Choose clamp (desk edge 10–80 mm thick) or grommet (through a cable hole).
- Fit the mount to the bottom of the arm column and tighten it until the column does not rock.
- Leave at least 250 mm of free space behind the column — the depth axis moves the screen forward and back.
2. Attach the monitor
- Screw the VESA plate to the back of your monitor (75 or 100 mm pattern).
- Slide the plate onto the quick-release bracket until it clicks.
- Check the weight limit: 9 kg for Standard, 15 kg for Heavy-Duty.
3. Power and balance
- Connect the 24 V adapter to the base. The ring on the sensor pod glows white.
- Hold the base button for 3 seconds. The arm runs a balance check, moving slowly through its full height; this sets the motor current for your monitor.
4. First-time posture setup
- Sit the way you normally work.
- Press the base button once. The ring turns blue while the arm finds your eye line and a 60 cm viewing distance.
- Adjust by hand if you prefer a different position — the arm learns your offset and keeps it while tracking.
