Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any Delta Robot products or services.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a Delta Robot hardware kit, or receiving source code materials, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These Terms should be read together with our Software License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Products and Services

Delta Robot Project, operated by Nenpower, offers:

  • Delta parallel robot hardware kits (sold via Amazon)
  • Source code, firmware, and design files (provided via email after purchase)
  • Technical documentation available on this website
  • Email-based technical support

Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Purchases and Payment

All hardware purchases are conducted through Amazon's marketplace. By placing an order, you agree to Amazon's purchase terms and conditions in addition to these terms.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change
  • Payment is processed securely by Amazon — we do not handle payment card data directly
  • Order confirmation must be provided to receive the source code package

4. Returns and Refunds

Hardware returns are subject to Amazon's standard return policy (typically 30 days from delivery).

  • To initiate a return, use Amazon's standard return process
  • Upon initiating a return or chargeback, your software license is immediately and automatically revoked
  • You are required to delete all copies of the source code and related files upon license revocation
  • Refunds for the hardware purchase are handled by Amazon

⚠ Important: Initiating a return while retaining and using the source code materials is a violation of both these Terms and the Software License Agreement.

5. Source Code and Intellectual Property

All software, firmware, CAD designs, schematics, documentation, and other technical materials provided with or in connection with the Delta Robot system are the exclusive intellectual property of Nenpower / Delta Robot Project.

Your rights to use these materials are governed entirely by the Software License Agreement. Key restrictions include:

  • No redistribution or sharing of source materials to third parties
  • No resale of the source code or derivative products based solely on the provided materials
  • License is personal and non-transferable

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Hardware warranty: The hardware kit carries a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications.

Software disclaimer: All software and design files are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability: In no event shall Delta Robot Project or Nenpower be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the hardware kit.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or the products for any purpose that:

  • Is unlawful or violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Involves unauthorized copying or distribution of the provided software materials
  • Causes harm to persons, property, or infrastructure
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

8. Technical Support

Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis via email to verified purchasers. Support is available for:

  • Setup and configuration of the hardware and software
  • Troubleshooting issues with the provided system
  • Clarification of documentation

Support requests should be sent to service@nenpower.com with your order confirmation number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Support is provided to the original purchaser only. License transfers and support transfers to third parties are not permitted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon between the parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email.
