Utilizing 5G, the Internet of Things, big data, and their independently developed I3.0 intelligent management system, Weiqiao Textile has created a complete chain of intelligent matrices from spinning to dyeing and garment production. The intelligent spinning factory achieves fully automated fiber flow transmission, while the wide-width dyeing factory constructs a digital twin. The home textile and garment production lines offer full-process visualization, resulting in significant reductions in labor, energy consumption, and water use.
Inside the workshop, 150,000 sensors collect data in real-time, with the workforce in the fine spinning workshop controlled to about 10 people for 10,000 spindles, greatly enhancing efficiency in handling breaks. The intelligent transformation has yielded remarkable results.
