In the context of the deep integration of the energy revolution and digital technology, the smart distribution network serves not only as the “nerve endings” of the energy internet but also as a core foundation for achieving the “dual carbon” strategy and ensuring energy security. The level of its construction will directly impact the economic efficiency and stability of the new power system.

To support the development of the new power system and smart distribution systems, the Zhejiang Provincial Rail Transit and Energy Industry Association (provisional) has partnered with Beijing Polar Star Power Network to host the “5th Smart Distribution Network Construction Seminar” on May 15, 2025, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

Registration and Fees

• Fee Structure: For provincial and municipal power companies and county-level electricity supply bureaus, as well as research institutions from universities and power grid companies, the fee is 800 RMB per person; for other organizations, the fee is 1800 RMB per person. This fee includes conference materials, but accommodation and travel expenses are self-catered.
• Registration Form: Participants are requested to fill out the registration form and return it to the conference organizing team as soon as possible to secure their participation.
