Public Announcement of Candidates for National Model Workers and Advanced Employees in Hebei Province

In accordance with the requirements of the Central Office and the State Council on the recommendation and selection of national model workers and advanced employees, this announcement aims to reflect the principles of openness, fairness, and justice, fully promote democracy, widely accept social supervision, and ensure the participation of the public in the selection process and the recognition of the results. The candidates for national model workers and advanced employees from our province are hereby publicized.

Candidates:

• Wu Hao, Male, Han ethnicity, born January 1974, Party member, Bachelor’s degree, Secretary and Deputy Director of the Live Working Center Party Branch, State Grid Hebei Electric Power Company, Associate Senior Engineer, Senior Technician. He developed new methods for transformer field testing and a “3+N Power Mobile Laboratory,” reducing construction risks and improving work efficiency. He proposed the “Three-Parameter Analysis Method for Main Transformer Winding Deformation,” and innovated the “Intelligent Working Robot for High-Voltage Switchgear,” promoting the transformation of traditional work models to intelligent systems. He has received the National May Day Labor Medal.
• Guan Hu, Male, Han ethnicity, born February 1992, Party member, Bachelor’s degree, Welding Robot Group Leader at Shijiazhuang Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Intermediate Technician. He overcame the automatic welding technology for stainless steel boxes of sanitation vehicles and designed over 20 practical welding tools, optimizing dozens of processes. The innovative studio he leads has trained a team of welding robot operators, achieving over a hundred innovative results and generating profits exceeding ten million yuan. He has received the National May Day Labor Medal.
• Li Yongguo, Male, Han ethnicity, born November 1986, Party member, Bachelor’s degree, Technician at Gree Electric Appliances (Shijiazhuang) Co., Ltd., Intermediate Engineer. Through the development and implementation of automation equipment, he saved the company over 25 million yuan. He designed and developed a robotic automatic painting device, achieving automated injection of raw plastic pellets, significantly reducing labor intensity. He holds 6 invention patents and 35 utility model patents. He has received the National May Day Labor Medal.
• Zeng Weilin, Male, Han ethnicity, born August 1984, Party member, Master’s degree, Director of the Sculpture Institute at Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, First-Class Artist. He led a team to create over 20,000 sculptures, establishing significant buildings such as Fuxi Park, Fuxi Avenue, and Fuxi Tourism Resort. He has presided over 40 horizontal projects and participated in 5 provincial and ministerial vertical projects, obtaining 2 utility model patents, with several works selected for the 14th National Fine Arts Exhibition. He has received the National May Day Labor Medal.
• Zhang Jianwu, Male, Han ethnicity, born May 1970, Party member, Master’s degree, Party Secretary and Chairman of CRRC Shijiazhuang Vehicle Co., Ltd., Senior Economic Engineer. Under his leadership, the company’s output value and tax revenue increased by over 50% compared to 2020. He led the development of cold chain equipment serving the “Belt and Road Initiative,” with train air conditioning systems exported to over 30 countries and regions. His “Cold Storage + Refrigeration” technology resolved long-standing foreign dependence issues, and the metal rubber component remanufacturing technology created a value of 360 million yuan while reducing carbon emissions by 150,000 tons. He has received the Hebei Provincial Model Worker title.
