During the event, Desay Battery officially launched its new UPS 2.0 battery system. This innovative solution is designed specifically for data center operators, large corporate IT departments, and network and communication service providers, offering exceptional system compatibility while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards.
The UPS 2.0 features a single-cabinet lithium battery structure that supports a power output of 300 kVA and is designed to last up to 15 years, effectively reducing overall project costs. Its intelligent monitoring system allows for real-time tracking of battery status and predictive maintenance. Additionally, it integrates an early fire detection system with a cloud-based safety management network, significantly enhancing proactive safety management capabilities.
Following the launch of UPS 2.0, Desay Battery signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the globally recognized certification body, TUV Rheinland, to expedite the EU certification process for the UPS 2.0 (49 kWh, 8C) and 5MWh energy storage container, facilitating its full entry into the European market. Furthermore, Desay Battery has entered a 2GW cooperation framework agreement with DOS Primarenergie Sonne GmbH (DOS) to advance renewable energy collaborations in the Middle East and Latin America. These partnerships not only solidify Desay’s core position within the global energy storage supply chain but also set a replicable benchmark for energy transformation in Gulf countries.
At the exhibition, Desay Battery also highlighted several core products, including a high-performance lithium cell series (DLP-100, DLP-280, DLP-314), sodium-ion battery DSP-60, and a modular energy storage system equipped with 100Ah and 280Ah lithium battery modules. Other notable products included the DC-side energy storage cabinets Lumos (215 kWh and 344 kWh C38I), a residential low-voltage energy storage system (10-25 kWh LV ESS), a high-voltage DC coupled residential system (21 kWh HV DCDC ESS, 280Ah), a liquid-cooled containerized utility energy storage system (Vita 5MWh Utility ESS), and the UPS battery cabinet system.
Recently, Desay Battery was recognized on Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s Q2 2025 global Tier 1 energy storage manufacturers list.
