What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
• Subscription data: plan, status and renewal dates. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To provide and secure your account, process payments, give you access to members-only content, and answer support requests. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing email.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Alibaba Cloud (video delivery for members-only episodes), and YouTube/Google (free episodes are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode from youtube-nocookie.com; YouTube's own policy applies when you play them).

Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us; billing records may be kept as required by tax law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
