- Energy Storage Control Subsidy: Users identified as effectively responsive on the Jiaxing virtual power plant platform will receive a subsidy of 0.25 yuan/kWh for actual responsive electricity.
This subsidy program will be effective from the date of publication until December 31, 2025.

The applicable groups for these subsidies include:
- Electricity users with independent marketing accounts within Haiyan County who have signed agreements for demand response and flexible control measures.
- Users who have signed maintenance confirmations and participate in the approved concentrated maintenance initiatives.
- Energy storage users connected to the Jiaxing virtual power plant platform.
Additional details on the evaluation of response effectiveness, subsidy procedures, and funding guarantees are also provided. The funding for subsidies will be ensured by the county’s finance department, with specific provisions for the local supply areas.
