The world’s first automated production line for robot joints has officially launched, with an annual capacity of 100,000 units.
According to news from Pudong, Yiyou Technology has recently commenced operations on this groundbreaking production line in Pudong. This represents a significant leap from technology research and development to large-scale manufacturing in the field of embodied intelligence. It marks a breakthrough in the mass production bottleneck of core components for humanoid robots, effectively accelerating the widespread application of these robots.
This pioneering automated production line has been systematically designed to cover the entire manufacturing process of joint modules. It integrates precision assembly, automatic calibration, and performance testing, achieving full automation from parts to finished joint modules.
Currently, the production line has an annual output capacity of 100,000 units, with plans for expansion that will increase total capacity to 300,000 units, providing unprecedented production assurance for downstream complete machine enterprises.
