
According to recent analyses, connectivity issues are a significant challenge for public electric vehicle (EV) chargers. A Qmerit analysis of EV Connect’s data reveals that about 55 percent of unsuccessful EV charging sessions are due to “station-connectivity” problems. This highlights that more than half of the failures in EV charging sessions are related to connectivity issues, making it the most common cause of problems.
