200MW/800MWh! China Electric Power Construction’s Independent Energy Storage Project Signed
On April 3, a signing ceremony for the China Electric Power Construction energy storage project was held in Baixiang County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. The local government and China Electric Power Construction Group Hebei Engineering Co., Ltd. signed the Investment Agreement for the Baixiang County Energy Storage Project. This “200MW/800MWh Independent Energy Storage Station Project” will be implemented by China Electric Power Construction Hebei Engineering Co., Ltd. The project features a short construction period, small land area, simple system, and flexible configuration. The use of advanced energy storage technology will significantly enhance the flexibility and reliability of the power system, providing stable energy support for regional economic development.
200MW/400MWh Energy Storage Project Signed in Shucheng, Anhui
On March 29, the signing ceremony for the 200MW/400MWh energy storage project in Shucheng, Anhui Province, was successfully held. The project is undertaken by Jinchang Hanxing Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Anhui Hanxing Energy. Located in the Shucheng Economic Development Zone in Liu’an City, this is the first large-scale electrochemical energy storage station in Shucheng County. The total investment for the project is nearly 600 million yuan, covering an area of about 51 acres. The system utilizes lithium iron phosphate battery technology and consists of 40 self-developed 5MW/10MWh energy storage units from Hanxing Energy, with a total construction scale of 200MW/400MWh.
200MW/400MWh! State Power Investment’s New Energy Storage Project in Cangzhou Successfully Commences Operations
On April 1, the Haiqing New Energy Storage Project of State Power Investment Corporation in Cangzhou officially transitioned to commercial operation. This project is the first independent energy storage project in the Cangzhou area and represents a concrete implementation of the company’s balanced development between traditional and innovative industries. It injects strong momentum into regional energy security and the development of renewable energy. Located in Haixing County, Cangzhou City, the project has an installed capacity of 200MW/400MWh and includes the construction of a new 220 kV booster station. The battery storage units use advanced lithium iron phosphate 315Ah cells, equipped with a three-level fire protection system and Pack-level thermal runaway active detection technology, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the station.
