Wasion Holdings Limited announced that its subsidiaries have successfully secured contracts worth over HK$253 million from the State Grid Corporation of China during the first round of metering equipment tenders for 2025.
On June 2, 2025, Wasion Holdings Limited, a leading expert in energy metering and efficiency management in China (stock code: 3393.HK), reported that its subsidiaries, Wasion Group Limited and Wasion Information Technology Co., Ltd., achieved remarkable results in the centralized procurement of metering equipment by the State Grid Corporation of China.
The tender results were officially announced by the State Grid on May 27, 2025. Wasion Group Limited won a contract for approximately 786,000 smart meters and metering current and voltage transformers, totaling around RMB 185.71 million (approximately HK$202.41 million). Additionally, Wasion Information Technology Co., Ltd. secured a contract for about 31,000 specialized data collection terminals, valued at approximately RMB 46.83 million (around HK$51.04 million). The group ranked first in total contract value awarded during this tender.
As of now, the group’s cumulative contract amount in the State Grid’s centralized tenders for 2025 stands at approximately RMB 232.54 million (around HK$253.45 million).
