VinFast announced on April 21, 2025, that it has successfully delivered 400 units of its VF 3 electric vehicle to dealers and customers in Indonesia, just two months after the model went on sale in the country. To celebrate this significant milestone, VinFast held a delivery ceremony for the first 100 VF 3 vehicles at the Motomobi News Karnaval auto show, which took place on April 19-20, 2025. This event attracted considerable attention from car enthusiasts, showcasing a variety of modern and personalized vehicle models.
The initial batch of VF 3 owners praised the vehicle for its stylish design, extensive features, and class-leading performance, deeming it highly competitive within its price range and suitable for a broad range of consumers. These early adopters also enjoy several exclusive benefits, such as cash rebates and complimentary charging services at VinFast charging stations operated by V-GREEN (available until March 1, 2028).
During the Motomobi News Karnaval, Indonesian consumers had their first opportunity to experience the VF 3 firsthand and participate in various interactive activities and promotional events. The retail price of the VF 3 in Jakarta is set at 2.301 billion Indonesian Rupiah (approximately 355 million Vietnamese Dong), and it comes with a seven-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty (whichever comes first), alongside an eight-year battery warranty with no mileage limit. Additionally, VinFast continues to offer special incentives to the first 1,000 VF 3 buyers, including cash rebates of up to 37.85 million Indonesian Rupiah (about 28 million Vietnamese Dong) and various other exclusive rights.
Meanwhile, VinFast is collaborating with strategic partners such as GSM, an electric taxi company, and global charging network developer V-GREEN, to build a comprehensive green transportation ecosystem. VinFast vehicle owners can currently enjoy free charging at stations operated by V-GREEN. The company plans to establish 30,000 VinFast charging stations in Indonesia by the end of 2025 to enhance the consumer experience and support the advancement of a green transportation revolution.
