
On October 15, the 2025 “Russian Energy Week” International Forum commenced in Moscow with the theme “Creating the Future Energy Together.” The event features a high-level delegation from Vietnam led by Deputy Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, which is set to engage in multiple significant bilateral activities.
Prior to the forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin extended warm greetings to attendees and guests, highlighting that this forum has become one of the important international platforms for discussing trends in the development of the fuel and energy sector.
During this year’s forum, key discussions will focus on the immediate and long-term priorities of the oil, gas, coal, and electricity industries. Participants from various countries will share experiences in enhancing technological sovereignty and the digital transformation of the fuel and energy sectors.
It is reported that approximately 5,000 delegates from 84 countries, including heads of government, ministers, leaders of major industry companies, experts, and analysts, have confirmed their participation in the forum. In addition, the organizing committee will hold an exhibition showcasing Russia’s energy achievements and a fourth scientific and practical conference aimed at exploring critical issues such as technological development in the fuel energy sector, digital transformations, energy security, and energy forecasting and statistics.
