New Energy Sales

How is the new energy market shaping up in 2025? In January 2025, the global top 20 automotive brands reported new energy vehicle sales. In 2024, SAIC delivered 4.639 million vehicles, achieving a historic peak in new energy sales.

Among 17 automakers, December saw a surge in new energy vehicle sales, although some companies experienced declines. BYD sold 4.27 million units, while Li Auto reached 500,000, with NIO becoming a dark horse in the electric vehicle market.
