Overseas Revenue Surges 2439.97%! Another Leading Photovoltaic Company Reports Strong Performance
On April 17, Laplace released its annual report for 2024. The report reveals that the company achieved a total operating revenue of 5.728 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 93.12%. The net profit attributable to the parent company reached 729 million yuan, up by 77.53% compared to the previous year. This growth is primarily attributed to the robust performance of the photovoltaic equipment sector.
As the core source of revenue for the company, the photovoltaic equipment segment generated 5.434 billion yuan in revenue, accounting for an impressive 94.87% of total sales, with a stable gross profit margin of 28.14%, reflecting a slight increase of 0.04 percentage points from the same period last year.
Regionally, Laplace continued to show steady growth in the domestic market, with domestic revenue reaching 4.995 billion yuan, an increase of 70.90% year-on-year, although the gross profit margin slightly decreased to 27.23%. In contrast, the overseas market emerged as a significant growth driver, with overseas revenue skyrocketing to 723 million yuan, a staggering year-on-year increase of 2439.97%, and the gross profit margin also improved to 34.59%, up by 1.68 percentage points.
