On April 11, 2025, Sunshine Power announced that during the 16th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors held on April 9, 2025, the board approved a proposal regarding the repurchase of company shares. The repurchase price will not exceed 100.00 RMB per share (inclusive), with a total repurchase amount set between 300 million RMB (inclusive) and 600 million RMB (inclusive). The implementation of this buyback plan is to occur within 12 months from the date of the board’s approval.
