Recently, the Zhejiang Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration released a notice soliciting public opinions on enhancing safety capabilities for new energy and grid-connected entities in Zhejiang Province. The consultation period runs from April 15 to May 15, 2025. The requirements for grid-side energy storage systems operating at voltages of 10 (6) kV and above include emergency control, frequency modulation, active and reactive power control, as well as high and low voltage ride-through functions. Additionally, the systems must meet specific voltage and frequency adaptability criteria.
