On May 7, 2025, the Intersolar Europe 2025 was held at the New International Exhibition Center in Munich, Germany. This event brought together outstanding photovoltaic enterprises, experts, and research institutions from around the globe to engage in in-depth discussions regarding photovoltaic components, operation and maintenance technologies, and energy storage systems. Participants explored cutting-edge market trends and technological innovations that are shaping the industry.

Starlogic showcased its drone-based photovoltaic intelligent operation and maintenance solutions, demonstrating the technological breakthroughs and innovative practices of Chinese enterprises in the field of smart energy management. The booth attracted considerable attention, with many international visitors engaging in discussions about potential collaborations on Starlogic’s technological offerings.

As a leading supplier of low-altitude intelligent systems in China, Starlogic launched its “Yuguang” AI Drone Inspection System in 2021. This system was developed using years of accumulated data from drone flights and photovoltaic performance, creating a professional dataset and intelligent diagnostic model tailored for drone inspections in the photovoltaic sector, thereby marking a new chapter in energy operation and maintenance.

In 2022, the platform was successfully exported to the Ozakiyama photovoltaic station in Japan, and in 2024, it was integrated into offshore photovoltaic projects in Indonesia. This advancement enabled fully automated inspection operations in photovoltaic settings, offering services such as automated inspections, data collection, real-time feedback, and AI-based precise identification.

Currently, the Yuguang system supports over 700 photovoltaic stations worldwide, extending the lifespan of photovoltaic equipment through precise data analysis and predictive maintenance, thereby maximizing the green benefits of clean energy.

In 2023, Starlogic innovatively introduced a “Hangar + Wind, Solar, and Electric” energy software service model, which integrates hardware clusters, software platforms, and energy scenarios into a cohesive system, establishing a comprehensive ecosystem for smart energy inspections.

In 2024, the company launched the “Lantern” photovoltaic cleaning robot, which employs negative pressure adsorption, intelligent driving, and automatic cleaning capabilities to effectively operate on photovoltaic panels with a 45° tilt. This innovation significantly reduces labor and cleaning costs while ensuring operational safety and enhancing cleaning quality and efficiency. The robot works in tandem with the drone inspection system, creating a closed-loop operation and maintenance solution that encompasses detection, diagnosis, and cleaning.

Moreover, the integration with the Grabber drone enables automatic deployment and retrieval, allowing the robot to clean across rows without geographical constraints, thereby maximizing its cleaning value and advancing the application of these technologies.

Looking ahead, Starlogic aims to accelerate its global expansion, continuously investing in research and development to deepen the integration of drones, AI, and robotics. This commitment is geared towards providing reliable and efficient smart operation and maintenance solutions for clean energy to global partners, collectively driving high-quality development in the clean energy sector.
