Sineng Electric recently participated in SNEC 2025, where it unveiled its latest advancements in photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems (ESS). Central to Sineng’s exhibition were its newly introduced utility-scale PV solutions, which included 4.8MW and 9.6MW medium-voltage (MV) turnkey stations, along with a high-capacity 400kW+ string inverter.

The new MV turnkey stations, designed with configurations of either two or four 2.4MW central inverters, provide exceptional scalability and design flexibility for large block applications while significantly reducing balance of system (BOS) costs. They incorporate intelligent temperature control technology to extend equipment lifespan and a modular architecture that allows for IGBT module replacement in just 30 minutes, ensuring both durability and operational excellence.

The lightweight 400kW+ string inverter enhances ease of transportation and installation, and its high DC/AC ratio substantially lowers the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE), thus optimizing project return on investment (ROI). With an IP66-rated protection, a wide operating temperature range, and advanced features such as AFCI 2.0, MPPT-level insulation resistance monitoring, and AC/DC cable grounding fault detection, the inverter ensures adaptability and simplifies operation and maintenance.

In the energy storage domain, Sineng showcased its latest line of high-performance power conversion systems (PCS), led by the 430kW string PCS, which is renowned for its power density, efficiency, and longevity. Utilizing advanced liquid cooling technology, this product decreases auxiliary power consumption by 30%, minimizes internal temperature rise, and extends the system’s lifespan to over 25 years. The temperature difference among IGBT modules is maintained within 3°C, while the system’s power output is boosted by 10%. Configurable into a 6.25MW MV turnkey station, this system is equipped with grid-forming technology, making it suitable for large-scale utility deployments.

To address the evolving requirements of commercial and industrial clients, Sineng also presented a comprehensive range of solutions powered by artificial intelligence. These systems feature smart arc detection, quick troubleshooting capabilities, and rapid shutdown functions, ensuring maximum safety and enhanced system reliability. Certified to the L4 standard, these solutions include circuit-breaking functionality for proactive protection and intelligent AC/DC temperature sensing for early warning and risk mitigation.

Chairman Qiang Wu remarked, “SNEC 2025 has provided an exceptional platform to demonstrate how Sineng is advancing power electronics and grid-forming technologies. Our latest innovations are tailored to meet the urgent and complex demands of the global energy transition. Beyond showcasing our cutting-edge solutions, SNEC has allowed us to engage with industry leaders, strengthen strategic partnerships, and reaffirm our commitment to fostering a more sustainable, intelligent, and resilient energy ecosystem.”
