According to reports from the Sustainable Development Network, in recent years, there have been 546 projects signed by 62 central enterprises, with 490 of these projects already under construction, achieving a construction commencement rate of 89.74%. This year, 152 new projects have been planned, with an estimated budget of 234.985 billion yuan. Since 2021, the cumulative investment has amounted to 549.104 billion yuan, contributing to the development of a sustainable economy.
Various cities and departments have been actively implementing the “Four Ones” mechanism to promote the efficiency of these collaborative projects and expedite construction.
By the end of September this year, out of the 152 new projects, 107 have started construction, producing results for four of them, with a completion rate of 70.39%. The projects include those from 16 major enterprises such as China National Petroleum Corporation and China Electric Power.
