Shenzhen Kossda New Energy Files Patent for Control Method and Device of Grid-Connected Inverters to Accurately Compensate Static Errors

Shenzhen

Shenzhen Keda New Energy has applied for a patent for a control method and device for grid-connected inverters, achieving precise compensation for the static errors of the inverters. The application was filed with the National Intellectual Property Administration, with the publication number CN 119834278 A, on December 2024.

The patent abstract reveals that the invention discloses a control method and device for grid-connected inverters. The process includes: obtaining the first grid-connected sampling current of the inverter; deriving the first target difference based on the first grid-connected sampling current and the set grid-connected current; adjusting this first target difference to obtain a target compensation value; determining the second output value of the grid current loop based on the target compensation value, grid sampling voltage, and the first output value of a proportional resonance controller; and generating a pulse width modulation signal with a corresponding duty cycle based on the second output value and the bus voltage of the grid-connected inverter. This signal is then used to control the on-off state of the inverter’s transistors.

This application addresses the technical issue in current technology where reducing static error by adjusting transfer function parameters can cause current oscillations that may damage components. The solution allows for precise compensation of the inverter’s static errors and prevents current oscillations that could harm the components.

According to Tianyancha, Shenzhen Keda New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 and is located in Shenzhen. The company primarily engages in the production and supply of electricity and heat, with a registered capital of 370 million RMB. An analysis by Tianyancha shows that the company has invested in seven enterprises, participated in 99 bidding projects, holds one trademark, and has 204 patents, along with 12 administrative licenses.
