All in red! Liangshan County in Shandong Province has announced the available capacity for distributed photovoltaic (PV) systems for May 2025.
On May 8, 2025, Liangshan County released information regarding the available capacity for distributed PV systems. The capacity for substations, public lines, and distribution transformer areas is marked entirely in red.

Announcement on the Public Release of Available Capacity for Distributed PV in Liangshan County for May 2025
To actively respond to the national strategy of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality,” promote the scientific, orderly, and safe development of new energy, facilitate the local consumption of distributed PV, and ensure the stable operation and reliable supply of the power system, we have analyzed the grid connection capacity for PV power stations across the county. This analysis was conducted in collaboration with the County Power Supply Company.
In accordance with the guidelines issued by the National Energy Administration, including the Measures for the Regulation of Fair and Open Access to Power Grids (National Energy Administration Document No. 49 [2021]), and the notification on the operation of distributed PV systems (Document No. 94 [2021]), we are establishing a regular monthly public disclosure system.
We are now publishing the available capacity for distributed PV systems for May 2025, along with information on the usable intervals for substations. The data is updated as of April 30, 2025, and the real-time available capacity can be confirmed by the power supply company.
