On April 15, 2025, the “Electric Aviation and Next-Generation Battery (CIBF2025 Shenzhen) Technology Exchange Conference” will be held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. Speaker Profile

Wei Weifeng is the co-founder and chief scientist of Jusheng Technology, and he serves as a professor, doctoral supervisor, and vice dean at the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University, as well as the deputy director of the National Engineering Research Center for Powder Metallurgy. He is recognized as a leading talent in technological innovation under the National “Ten Thousand Talents Program”, a participant in the overseas high-level youth talent program of the Organization Department, and a “New Century Excellent Talent” awarded by the Ministry of Education. Furthermore, he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), a Fellow of the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), and the vice chairman of the Energy Materials and Devices Expert Committee of the National Materials and Devices Scientist Think Tank.

In recent years, he has led over 10 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology related to new energy vehicles. He has published more than 200 SCI papers in prestigious international journals such as Advanced Materials and Advanced Functional Materials, with a total citation of over 15,000. He has applied for more than 70 national invention patents, with over 40 granted, and has successfully commercialized 21 patents related to solid electrolytes and battery technologies, generating a total transformation value of 78.3 million yuan. He has received the First Prize for Technological Invention from the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association in 2022, the Second Prize in 2023, a Second Prize in Natural Science from the Ministry of Education in 2017, and a Science and Technology Innovation Team Award from Hunan Province in 2020. He has also been recognized as an Outstanding Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentor in Hunan Province for three consecutive years in 2020, 2021, and 2023.

Guangdong Jusheng Technology Co., Ltd., established in March 2021 and located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research, production, and sales of new battery materials and solid-state batteries. The company relies on national-level platforms such as the Key Laboratory of Powder Metallurgy at Central South University and the National Engineering Research Center for Powder Metallurgy. It has successfully developed a series of solid electrolyte materials, lithium-rich manganese-based cathode materials, and in-situ solidification battery technologies.
