Additionally, the notice specifies that the 110kV and above wind power plants, 35kV and above interconnection facilities, and 10MW and above photovoltaic plants must incorporate Automatic Generation Control (AGC) and Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) functionalities. The 10kV and above electric power plants are required to align with the relevant operational capacity standards.
The electricity generation systems interconnected through 380/220V standards must also ensure that their control measures are effective, with no ineffective controls permitted. The goal is to maintain stability in the power grid while ensuring compliance with the necessary adaptability requirements.
Furthermore, the new energy and new energy grid connectivity systems must ensure continuous power supply security and maintain stable control measures, alongside effective communication systems to meet the defined standards.
In terms of efficiency, the new energy systems should be optimized for rapid response and increased output, thereby preventing large-scale outage incidents. The promotion of advanced technologies and the establishment of new standards for grid connectivity will support these efforts.
