Event Details
During the event, individual consumers who purchase non-operational new energy vehicles at the large exhibition and sales center in Northwest China and obtain a unified motor vehicle sales invoice will be eligible for subsidies, provided they complete registration by July 31. The subsidy amounts are as follows:
- For purchases above 300,000 yuan (including tax): 7,000 yuan
- For purchases between 300,000 and 200,000 yuan (including tax): 6,000 yuan
- For purchases between 200,000 and 100,000 yuan (including tax): 5,000 yuan
- For purchases between 100,000 and 50,000 yuan (including tax): 3,000 yuan
Each vehicle identification number is eligible for a single cash subsidy.
How to Claim the Subsidy
Consumers can claim special consumption points for new energy vehicles by scanning a code at the exhibition and sales center in Northwest China. The points are issued on a daily basis with a schedule of 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, and 5 PM. Each code is valid for 2 hours, and every individual is limited to one claim per day.

Important Notes:
- Real-name Subscription: Buyers must present their real-name verified “DuoDuo Ping” account to claim the consumption points. These points can be deducted from the purchase deposit to secure the subsidy. The minimum spending for claiming a subsidy is 10,000 yuan, and the subsidy will be disbursed to the consumer’s bank account after the purchase.
- Guidance from Vehicle Manufacturers: Manufacturers are required to strictly adhere to the subsidy standards and guide consumers on using the corresponding vouchers. They must inform consumers of five consistent documents (DuoDuo Ping account information, deposit screenshot, purchase contract, vehicle purchase invoice, and vehicle registration certificate) before allowing the use of vouchers. Any discrepancies will be the responsibility of the vehicle manufacturers.
- Subsidy Control: The total amount of subsidies is limited, and the principle of “first come, first served” applies. Subsidies will be directly disbursed to consumers, and manufacturers cannot enjoy subsidies in any disguised form. The event will automatically terminate once funds are depleted or the time limit is reached, and any unused points will expire after the event.
- Manufacturer Participation: Consumers must verify that the vehicle manufacturer is participating in the event before making a purchase.
- Customers purchasing vehicles at the exhibition center that meet the event criteria can benefit from additional subsidies and exclusive offers from various levels of government and manufacturers.
