Recently, the National Energy Administration has issued guidelines for the implementation of distributed photovoltaic power generation systems. This initiative aims to promote the development of new energy sources across the country. In this context, a micro inverter and application plan have been developed by Haizhong Technology, a company based in the high-tech zone of Haizhong. This product, known for its compact size and high efficiency, makes it possible for households to utilize solar energy, thus enabling the transition to renewable energy sources.
Founded in 2018, Haizhong Technology officially launched its products in 2019. Within five years, it has become a key player in the national market, recognized for its innovative “small giant” enterprise status with over 70 patents and 12 software copyrights. In 2022, it was also awarded the title of “New Energy Pioneer” in China. The newly developed micro inverter stands out not only for its design but also for its performance metrics, which include six dimensions of functionality, efficiency, and social contribution value.
Compared to traditional inverters, this micro inverter has a significantly clearer performance profile. It is about 25% smaller in size and weighs approximately 1.8 kg, which is comparable to a laptop charger. The product is designed for easy installation and does not require additional support structures or foundation anchoring, making it accessible for non-professionals. Furthermore, the inverter’s efficiency can reach between 94% and 95%, with a potential peak efficiency of up to 97%. By optimizing energy generation, it can significantly reduce energy consumption by up to 40%, thereby providing users with more electrical output under the same conditions.
What makes this product particularly notable is its ability to support solar energy generation on rooftops and greenhouses located in various regions across the country. It can generate between 1 to 2 degrees of electricity per day, sufficient to meet basic household energy needs. Specifically, for a solar power system of 5000 watts, daily electricity output can reach about 20 degrees, which is essential for residential energy consumption. Designed for high safety standards, it can operate independently without the need for electrical work certification in many regions of Europe.
Currently, Haizhong Technology is focusing on expanding its market presence and integrating micro inverter technology with energy storage solutions. Users can store between 2 to 5 degrees of electricity to address electricity needs during cloudy days or at night, allowing them to benefit from price fluctuations in energy markets. Simultaneously, the company collaborates with universities to explore AI technologies and advanced algorithms to optimize energy generation, storage, and usage. This initiative aims to enhance service efficiency while reducing operational costs.
As a leading exporter, Haizhong Technology has established a presence in over 70 countries, with Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America being the primary markets. In recent years, it has also ventured into emerging markets in Africa and South America.
