New Era of Integrated Robotics Services Launched at Super Robotics World in Changsha

New

On February 10, a successful launch event for the Super Robot World and the one-stop custom rental and sales operation platform took place in Changsha. This event introduced the world’s first robot 9S store and the first global intelligent interconnected platform for the robot industry. It also kicked off a nationwide investment plan titled “Hundred Cities, Thousand Stores, Ten Thousand Scenarios,” aimed at creating an integrated operational system that combines offline experiences with online services, thereby accelerating the large-scale application and high-quality development of the robot industry.

As a central feature of the launch, the Super Robot World and the world’s first robot 9S store officially opened to the public on the same day. The store covers a total area of 15,000 square meters, with an initial opening space of nearly 5,000 square meters dedicated to showcasing various scenarios. It integrates nine key functions: scenario display, product sales, rental services, custom development, after-sales maintenance, new product launches, achievement incubation, scientific popularization, and talent training. This makes it one of the largest, most diverse, and innovative robotic integration promotion centers in the industry.

The store features over 100 robotic products across six fields: smart healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, smart education, intelligent cultural creativity, smart parks, and smart homes. It systematically presents more than 50 typical application scenarios. Through an “immersive experience + virtual-real integration” interaction model, it provides verifiable, replicable, and implementable intelligent solutions for governments, enterprises, and communities, creating a full-process industrial support platform from technology validation to scenario refinement and commercial transformation.

During the event, the world’s first one-stop custom rental and sales operation platform for robots, developed by Super Robot, was officially launched. This platform aims to “create an intelligent network for the robot industry, making all tasks easier for humans.” It covers four main aspects: operations, users, operations, and displays, offering comprehensive digital services including online exhibitions, customization, rentals, sales, releases, and connections.

The platform innovatively employs digital twin technology to enable remote virtual-real demonstrations and teleoperation experiences of robotic products, as well as intelligent explanations and screen interactions within the store. Leveraging a mini-program, the platform achieves full-chain digital operations, seamlessly integrating demand connection, solution configuration, service delivery, and effect display. This aims to effectively address the traditional challenges of the robot industry, such as heavy asset requirements, high entry barriers, and operational difficulties, promoting a transition towards platform-based, agile, and standardized services, ultimately achieving “on-demand selection, flexible rentals, rapid deployments, and efficient operations.”

The launch event also announced the initiation of the “Hundred Cities, Thousand Stores, Ten Thousand Scenarios” national investment plan. This initiative targets over 100 selected prefecture-level cities across the country, aiming to establish more than ten stores in each city, each featuring ten distinctive application scenarios. The project adopts a “one city, one product, one chain” model, deeply linking local resources and collaborating with over 100 leading robot suppliers to promote regional research, production, and the establishment of a complete industrial chain.

To meet diverse investment needs, the project has innovatively designed three types of store models, which have already been implemented in Changsha: main 9S stores in provincial capitals (over 2,000 square meters), flagship 6S stores in cities (over 500 square meters), and individual mobile 4S stores (over 35 square meters). This is aimed at helping partners achieve a light asset, low-risk, and quick return on investment model. The platform will be supported by four specialized teams for secondary development, store operations, scenario development, and brand promotion, relying on four core business areas: health services, intelligent elderly care, AI educational materials, and patrol inspections, to assist partners in rapidly expanding their market and achieving profitability.

“Today’s robot stores are akin to the 4S car dealerships of 30 years ago, and we are currently in a critical window for establishing the robot industry and seizing industry benefits,” said Xiao Xiangjiang, founder and chairman of Super Robot, during the event. “Super Robot World and the one-stop platform are the twin engines driving the industrial ecosystem, focusing on deepening offline experiences while activating online services. Only by solidifying scenarios can robots truly integrate into factories, communities, and homes.” He emphasized that Super Robot aims to be a researcher of application scenarios and a co-builder of an open ecosystem, rather than a closed product manufacturer. In the future, the focus will be on “one platform, three types of stores, and diverse scenarios” to promote widely applicable and replicable robotic solutions across the nation.

Looking ahead, Super Robot will continue to optimize platform capabilities, expand vertical industry solutions, and deepen collaborations with governments, enterprises, and research institutions, all while vigorously advancing the large-scale implementation of the “Super Ecosystem Model” and injecting new momentum into the ecological and high-quality development of China’s intelligent robot industry.
