New Energy Standards, Technological Innovation, and Infrastructure Development! This week, our country has reported updates on major projects.

According to the Western Network (Xixi News Network), the customer-end app “Learning Strong Nation” has launched an update. For inquiries, please contact the Western Network at 029-85259706.

The report highlights significant advancements in infrastructure, technology, and energy sectors, focusing on the new energy standards. The country has commenced construction on the Giant Wind Farm, a 350 MW project, on October 16, which is set to be located in the coastal area of Qinghai Province. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance renewable energy capabilities and is expected to be one of the largest wind power projects in the country.

The total investment for this project is estimated at 54.35 billion yuan. It utilizes domestically developed wind turbine technology, integrating advanced turbine models and a single unit generator. The designated area for this project spans 330,000 square meters, making it the largest of its kind in the country. The project aims to achieve grid connection and commence power generation by September 2027.

Upon completion, it is anticipated to generate approximately 9.6 billion kWh of electricity annually, marking it as the highest producing wind power project in the nation. This production is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 72 million tons each year.

The AIMS system for accurate solar energy measurement is set to be operational on October 17. The Chinese Academy of Sciences will oversee the deployment of this system, which will enhance the measurement accuracy of solar energy production.

The establishment of the Giant Wind Farm, alongside the solar energy measurement system, represents a significant step towards achieving national energy goals. It is a testament to the country’s commitment to sustainable energy practices.
