Sharma has a rich background in the battery industry, having spent over two years at Tesla’s Gigafactory in Nevada, followed by another two years at iM3NY, a lithium-ion battery manufacturer based in New York. After leaving iM3NY in November 2023, he has dedicated his efforts to developing a novel approach to processing cathode materials for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries.
As the demand for more efficient and cost-effective battery technologies continues to grow, Nascent Materials aims to revolutionize the production and performance of LFP batteries, making them not only better but also cheaper for widespread use.
