Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (00916.HK) announced that it generated 690.6 million kWh of electricity in April, marking an increase of 4.85% compared to the same period last year.
As of May 9, 2025, Longyuan Power reported a total electricity generation of 6,906,425 MWh for April 2025, which represents a year-on-year increase of 4.85% compared to April 2024. The company also noted that its thermal power generation decreased by 17.35% year-on-year, while wind power generation increased by 10.52%, and solar power generation saw a significant rise of 76.55%.
From January to April 2025, Longyuan Power’s cumulative electricity generation reached 27,192,529 MWh, reflecting a 2.23% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. The company experienced a 10.86% decline in thermal power generation, while wind power generation increased by 5.83%, and solar power generation surged by 61.38%.
