Latest Photovoltaic Industry Supply Chain Prices (May 21, 2025)
According to the latest pricing information released by TrendForce’s New Energy Research Center on May 21, 2025, the prices of silicon materials have generally declined. The mainstream transaction price for N-type re-invested materials has dropped to 37.5 CNY/KG; the mainstream transaction price for N-type dense materials is 35 CNY/KG, reflecting a decrease of 2.78%. The price of N-type granular silicon fell from 34.5 CNY/KG to 34 CNY/KG, a decrease of 1.45%.
This week, the latest price for N-type 183 monocrystalline silicon wafers in RMB is 0.93 CNY/piece, down 2.11% from 0.95 CNY/piece the previous week; the price for N-type 210 monocrystalline silicon wafers remains at 1.3 CNY/piece; and the latest price for N-type 210R monocrystalline silicon wafers is 1.08 CNY/piece.
The price for M10L monocrystalline TOPCon battery cells is 0.255 CNY/W; G12 monocrystalline TOPCon batteries are priced at 0.273 CNY/W; while G12R monocrystalline TOPCon battery cells have seen their transaction price drop to 0.255 CNY/W, a decrease of 1.92%.
The prices for 182mm TOPCon bifacial double-glass modules and 210mm HJT bifacial double-glass modules are 0.67 CNY/W and 0.77 CNY/W respectively, with the latter showing a significant decrease of 8.33% from 0.84 CNY/W the previous week. In China, the price for centralized projects of 182-210mm TOPCon modules is maintained at 0.665 CNY/W, while distributed projects are stabilizing at 0.67 CNY/W.
The price for 2.0mm coated photovoltaic glass is 13.5 CNY/m²; the price for 3.2mm coated photovoltaic glass remains at 22.5 CNY/m²; and the price for 2.0mm back sheet glass is 12.5 CNY/m².
