Kehua Data highlighted that with a higher proportion of clean energy integrated into the grid, system inertia decreases, posing challenges to grid stability. The new generation of liquid-cooled cluster management PCS achieves ultra-high power density, reducing costs and laying the groundwork for the efficient operation of energy storage devices.
In terms of networked performance, the new product demonstrates exceptional capabilities, maintaining stable operation in complex grid environments and even achieving reliable operation under three times overload. It features millisecond-level power response and microsecond-level voltage build capabilities, along with adaptive wide short-circuit ratios, multi-coordination for black start, and domain-level black start functionalities.
In terms of cooling, the new product employs a fully liquid-cooled design and a patented cooling plate, akin to installing a powerful “air conditioner” on the device. Even in high-temperature environments of up to 50℃, the PCS can maintain stable operation without derating, significantly enhancing equipment stability and reliability. This upgrade also extends system life by over 25%.
From a structural protection standpoint, the new product features IP66+C5 corrosion-resistant composite protection and has undergone rigorous testing in various harsh environments, effectively handling rain, snow, wind, sand, and high-corrosion conditions.
Furthermore, the new product’s adaptability is highly flexible. It is compatible with batteries of various sizes and capacities, catering to both 2-hour and 4-hour energy storage application scenarios, thus enhancing system availability.
This innovative achievement not only showcases Kehua Data’s strong capabilities in energy storage technology but also injects new vitality into the development of networked energy storage technology, leading the direction of industry development.
