JinkoSolar Technology, a company dedicated to the research, production, and sale of solar photovoltaic products, as well as the development and operation of photovoltaic power stations, has submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CITIC Securities and China International Capital Corporation are acting as joint sponsors for this application.
The company’s main products include photovoltaic silicon wafers, cells, modules, and energy storage systems, along with engaging in the development, construction, and operation of photovoltaic power stations. According to data from Frost & Sullivan, JinkoSolar ranked third globally in photovoltaic module shipments in 2024, capturing a market share of 12.3%, and has consistently ranked among the top four globally for the past decade since 2015.
JinkoSolar operates in 178 countries and regions worldwide, with 16 overseas sales offices and seven regional operation centers. The international market accounts for more than half of the company’s total sales. In terms of production capacity, JinkoSolar has 15 manufacturing bases in China and one in Vietnam, with plans to establish a new production facility in Oman. By the end of 2024, the company’s photovoltaic module production capacity is expected to exceed 100 GW, with over 90% of that capacity dedicated to N-type modules, achieving an industry-leading conversion efficiency of 23.5%.
Technologically, the company holds a comprehensive patent portfolio for TOPCon battery manufacturing across various production processes. It has also met mass production conditions for BC and HJT technologies while continuing to advance research and development of perovskite technology.
