JinkoSolar, a leading global solar energy company, recently announced a significant collaboration with the New Development Bank and Correios, the Brazilian postal service, to explore new opportunities for green transformation. This partnership focuses on the integration of rooftop photovoltaic projects and solar energy storage solutions. The meeting at JinkoSolar’s headquarters was attended by key leaders including CEO Chen Kangping, General Manager Juliana Picoli Agatte from Correios, and Tian He, Project Leader from the New Development Bank.

As Brazil’s largest postal service provider, Correios aims to implement a rooftop solar project at its primary logistics center. The initiative seeks to lower operational costs through clean energy while also developing an electric vehicle charging network and energy storage systems, thereby creating a low-carbon, resilient energy supply system. This project demands high standards for technological compatibility, investment returns, and lifecycle service capabilities.

CEO Chen Kangping stated, “We are honored to collaborate with the New Development Bank and Correios to explore green energy transformation opportunities within Brazil’s logistics network. As a vital partner in Brazil’s energy transition, JinkoSolar will leverage its leading TOPCon technology and localized service capabilities to provide efficient and reliable integrated solar energy solutions for Correios.”

With over 300GW of cumulative module shipments, JinkoSolar has been a benchmark company in the photovoltaic industry, holding the top position in shipments for six consecutive years. The company is committed to relentless innovation in photovoltaic technology, stringent quality control, and a global network, serving over 4,000 customers across more than 200 countries. This discussion also aims to offer a technical reference for the low-carbon transformation of the global logistics sector.

In related news, JinkoSolar’s TOPCon modules have been supplied to ACME for an exclusive energy supply to the 487.5 MW green hydrogen project in Oman.
