It can deliver a peak output capacity of 200% in off-grid conditions and supports a capacity ratio of up to double, ensuring stable operation in high-load scenarios and maximizing photovoltaic returns for users. Additionally, it reserves storage interfaces for flexible upgrades in the future, effectively reducing long-term costs for users.

Users present at the exhibition praised the second-generation hybrid inverter and the micro-inverter, stating, “This device is incredibly thin and completely unobtrusive in the home; it feels just like a household appliance.”

Addressing the emerging balcony photovoltaic scene, Sigen officially launched the new micro-inverter product SigenMicro. Equipped with patented DAB topology, built-in Energy Management System (EMS), and WiFi Mesh networking technology, it leads the new trend of “plug-and-play intelligent photovoltaics.” SigenMicro supports AI layout recognition, automatically identifying the physical location and serial number of each device, significantly enhancing deployment efficiency. Users can complete full system debugging and commissioning in as little as five minutes.

SigenMicro also features the world’s first WiFi Mesh networking architecture, enabling automatic networking and intelligent reconstruction between inverters, increasing communication coverage by 1600%. Even if devices disconnect, self-repair can occur within 150 milliseconds, truly achieving a “plug-and-play” installation experience. Additionally, SigenMicro is the first micro-inverter with a built-in EMS, eliminating the need for an additional gateway and directly connecting to the home WiFi system, thus saving costs.

The dynamic master-slave mechanism between devices allows for intelligent competition for control and fault takeover. If any device fails, other micro-inverters can automatically assume control, significantly enhancing system stability. The overall protection level reaches IP67, and it supports rapid shutdown functionality, complying with safety regulations in various global regions. To further ensure power generation efficiency, SigenMicro incorporates module-level MPPT control to maximize the power generation of each component, making it especially suitable for partially shaded scenarios. By integrating patented DAB topology, SigenMicro achieves efficient energy conversion and bidirectional power control, significantly reducing the size of the device while ensuring system efficiency.

Sigen has also introduced multiple new models of off-grid switching cabinets (Energy Gateway), suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. This series supports capacity expansion up to 2400kW, facilitating rapid off-grid switching and flexible integration with diesel generators to ensure continuous system operation during power outages, providing users with enhanced electricity security and emergency power capabilities.

Accelerating Global Deployment with Modular Solutions
Sigen’s new generation commercial energy storage solutions encompass a range of commercial inverters from 50kW to 125kW and modular energy storage systems, widely applicable in industrial parks, business centers, data centers, and ground power stations. The systems reserve storage interfaces to flexibly support various configurations, including pure photovoltaic, pure storage, or integrated photovoltaic-storage setups, catering to the customized needs of different users.

Sigen’s commercial energy storage solutions utilize a direct current coupling architecture, enhancing the cyclical efficiency of the photovoltaic-storage system. Energy conversion during charging occurs solely in direct current, avoiding additional losses from AC inversion and re-conversion to DC, thus reducing energy loss from multiple current and voltage conversions, potentially increasing the system’s round-trip efficiency (RTE) by up to 2%. Additionally, in large grid-connected projects, the direct current coupling system is simpler compared to AC coupling systems, saving on energy storage converters and medium-voltage cabinets.
