In terms of performance, the second-generation hybrid inverter boasts an industry-leading maximum conversion efficiency of 99.0% and can achieve 200% peak output capability in off-grid mode, supporting up to double the capacity ratio for stable operation under high-load scenarios, thereby maximizing photovoltaic returns for users. Additionally, it includes a reserved storage interface for future upgrades, effectively lowering long-term costs for users. Many attendees commented, “This device is incredibly thin; it fits perfectly into our home and feels like a household appliance.”

Targeting the emerging balcony photovoltaic scene, Sigen also launched the new micro-inverter product, SigenMicro, which features patented DAB topology and built-in EMS and WiFi Mesh networking technology. This product, with its advanced system architecture and AI capabilities, leads the trend of “plug-and-play intelligent photovoltaics.” SigenMicro supports AI layout recognition, automatically identifying the physical location and serial number of each device, significantly enhancing deployment efficiency. Users can complete the entire system debugging and online setup in as little as five minutes. Moreover, SigenMicro is the first micro-inverter in the industry to include a built-in EMS, allowing for automatic negotiation of operational strategies between devices without the need for an external data collector. If any device fails, the other micro-inverters can automatically take over control, significantly improving system stability. The device’s protection rating reaches IP67 and supports rapid shutdown functionality, complying with safety regulations in various regions worldwide.

To further enhance generation efficiency, SigenMicro introduces module-level MPPT control to maximize energy yield from each component, particularly in partially shaded scenarios. By integrating patented DAB topology, SigenMicro achieves efficient energy conversion and bidirectional power control while significantly reducing device size. Additionally, Sigen has introduced new models of the off-grid switching cabinet (Energy Gateway) that are widely applicable in residential, commercial, and industrial scenarios. This series supports capacity expansion up to 2400kW, allowing for rapid off-grid switching and flexible integration with diesel generators, ensuring continuous system operation during unexpected power outages and providing users with enhanced electricity security and emergency power capabilities.

Accelerating Global Deployment, Modular Solutions Leading Energy Transformation
Sigen’s new generation of commercial energy storage solutions includes a series of commercial inverters ranging from 50kW to 125kW, along with modular energy storage systems, widely applicable in industrial parks, commercial centers, data centers, and ground power stations. The system has reserved storage interfaces to flexibly support various configurations, including pure photovoltaic, pure storage, or hybrid systems, catering to different user customization needs. “Advanced architecture reduces additional equipment costs.” Sigen’s commercial energy storage solution adopts a DC coupling architecture, enhancing the cycle efficiency of the energy storage system. During the charging process, energy conversion occurs solely in DC, avoiding the extra losses associated with AC inversion and subsequent DC conversion, thereby reducing energy losses caused by multiple current and voltage conversions, achieving system round-trip efficiency (RTE) improvements of up to 2%.

Furthermore, in large grid-connected projects, the DC coupling system is simpler compared to AC coupling systems, saving costs on energy storage inverters and medium-voltage cabinets.
