At New Energie, we are focused on expanding our global presence while introducing advanced, efficient, and sustainable solar tracking technology to new markets, particularly in the Middle East. As a proud Make in India company, we are excited to debut at WFS this year, showcasing our solar tracker solutions to the Middle Eastern market. Our trackers are designed to be highly efficient, simple, and durable, capable of performing well in diverse and challenging environments. With over 82% of our tracker components manufactured in India, we offer a robust and cost-effective solution that adapts easily to harsh terrains, like sandy landscapes, and fluctuating climate conditions typical of the Middle East.

The technology behind our trackers is sophisticated, maximizing efficiency and energy yield in solar projects. By introducing this solution, we are aligning with the Middle East’s growing renewable energy ambitions, especially as nations in the region strive to meet their clean energy targets and sustainability goals. Our trackers qualify as high-efficiency energy enhancement products, allowing developers to optimize solar energy output while ensuring reliability and ease of installation. We believe our trackers will significantly contribute to accelerating the transition to clean energy in the Middle East.

Q2: As a global leader, how does New Energie leverage innovation in solar tracking and energy storage to stay ahead in competitive markets while catering to the diverse needs of its international clientele?

Innovation is an ongoing process for us, and we continually evolve our products based on real-world experiences, client feedback, and project learnings. Our goal is to provide reliable, cutting-edge solar tracking solutions that cater to various geographical and climatic conditions. A key innovation we have implemented is the use of stainless steel bearings, which enhance both durability and efficiency. Additionally, we have developed a specialized CoroProtect coating, an in-house technology that offers over 2,500 hours of salt spray resistance—ideal for solar installations in coastal areas, deserts, and high-humidity environments, ensuring longevity and reliability.

To strengthen our manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, we are establishing a 2 GW manufacturing facility in Mumbai, India. This facility will streamline production, improve quality control, and meet the increasing global demand. Another groundbreaking innovation is our preassembled tracker technology. Unlike conventional trackers, our system comes preassembled, including the side bearing and main bearing assemblies, which significantly reduces installation time and labor costs, enabling installations of over 1 MW per day.

To better serve our growing international clientele, we are also exploring the establishment of manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the US. By creating local production hubs, we can effectively cater to regional markets, reduce lead times, and enhance cost efficiency for our clients worldwide. Our journey began with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, and we have evolved into a leading provider of solar trackers. Our growth has been remarkable; we have scaled from a capacity of 300 MW per year to an impressive 2 GW per year. Looking ahead, our goal is to expand our capacity to 10 GW, covering four major continents: India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Europe. This ambitious expansion aligns with global energy transition goals and ensures that our innovative solutions contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

One of our core strengths is maximizing energy generation with minimal resource investment. Our solar trackers provide higher energy yields with the same infrastructure, making them a vital component of the future of renewable energy. Over the next 24 months, we are focused on:
