On May 7, the Economic Development Bureau of Hefei High-tech Zone issued a notice regarding the implementation of certain provisions from the 2024 policies aimed at promoting high-quality economic development. This notice details financial incentives for projects that meet specific criteria.
For distributed photovoltaic projects, businesses that install rooftop solar power systems covering over 5,000 square meters will receive a reward of 8 yuan per square meter, with a cap of 100,000 yuan. The total budget for these rewards is limited to 3 million yuan annually.
Moreover, logistics companies that provide storage services to key industries such as photovoltaics, home appliances, integrated circuits, and biomedicine, and achieve over 80% of their storage space dedicated to these industries, can also receive significant incentives. For storage spaces exceeding 10,000 square meters, logistics companies will be rewarded 5 yuan per square meter per year, with a maximum reward of 50,000 yuan.
Application Process
Eligible enterprises and units must have a valid business license, tax registration, and statistical relationship within Hefei High-tech Zone. Applications for the rewards will be accepted from May 8 to May 23, 2025. All materials must be submitted in hard copy to the office of the Economic Development Bureau by the end of the business day on May 23.
Incentive Details
1. Expansion Incentives for Industrial Enterprises
Industrial enterprises that achieve total output values of 500 million yuan and 1 billion yuan for the first time, with growth rates meeting or exceeding the regional average, will receive rewards of 50,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively. For every additional 1 billion yuan in output over 10 billion yuan, an extra 100,000 yuan is awarded.
2. Service Industry Expansion Incentives
Service enterprises that reach annual revenues of 100 million yuan, 500 million yuan, 1 billion yuan, 1.5 billion yuan, and 2 billion yuan (excluding real estate, finance, and trade) will receive tiered rewards up to 100,000 yuan.
3. Support for Specialized, Sophisticated, and Innovative Enterprises
Provincial-level “specialized, sophisticated, and innovative” enterprises achieving significant growth in their core business revenue will be rewarded up to 20,000 yuan based on their revenue growth rate.
4. Green Energy Incentives
As previously mentioned, companies installing rooftop solar systems over 5,000 square meters will receive a reward of 8 yuan per square meter, capped at 100,000 yuan.
5. Logistics Support
Logistics companies providing at least 80% of their storage space for key industries will be eligible for a reward of 5 yuan per square meter per year, up to 50,000 yuan.
