Recently, the 10.146 megawatt distributed photovoltaic power generation project at the Huaneng Jinqing Hangu Linjin Industrial Park, constructed by the China Railway First Group’s Electric Power Company, successfully achieved grid connection.
This project is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) endeavor, where the team worked diligently to complete the project in just 43 days from initiation to successful grid connection. During the preliminary phases, technical personnel were organized into groups to efficiently carry out tasks such as surveying, design reviews, various evaluation reports, structural reinforcement design, and the preparation of construction drawings. All necessary grid connection procedures were conducted in parallel with the construction activities.
On the technical front, the project utilized high-efficiency 640Wp monocrystalline silicon solar panels, paired with advanced string inverters, which boosted energy generation efficiency by over 15%. Moreover, through an innovative model of “photovoltaics + intelligent operation and maintenance,” the project incorporated drone inspections, AI fault diagnosis, and remote monitoring systems, ensuring comprehensive digital management of the power station’s lifecycle and providing robust support for its stable operation.
Located in the Hangu District of Tianjin, the project boasts a total installed capacity of 10.146 megawatts, generating approximately 12.17 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. This achievement positions it as a new benchmark for green energy in the region. It is estimated to save around 3,700 tons of standard coal each year and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 12,000 tons, significantly contributing to the green energy development in Tianjin’s Hangu District.
