On May 26, Zhejiang Huayuxin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huayuxin”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yongrong (Shenzhen) Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yongrong Energy”) in Qingyuan, Guangdong. The two parties will collaborate on smart energy solutions, focusing on technology and applications in areas such as distributed photovoltaics, energy storage, and virtual power plants. The agreement was officially signed by Hu Songyong, General Manager of Yongrong Energy, and Xu Bing, General Manager of Huayuxin’s Domestic Marketing Center. The event was attended by Zhang Guorong, Chairman of Jiantao Group, Zhang Guohua, Chairman of Jicengban Group, He Jianfen, Executive Director of Jiantao Group, and several department heads from Jiantao Group, as well as major shareholders of Huayuxin, Fu Liquan, Director of Procurement Mao Jianqun, and Sun Yao, Director of the South China Region for the Domestic Marketing Center, who witnessed the signing ceremony.

Prior to the signing ceremony, the Huayuxin team visited Jiantao Group’s electronic, silk, and fabric factories in Qingyuan to gain insights into the group’s industrial foundation in new materials manufacturing and its green transformation layout. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the practical applications of new energy in industrial settings.
During the signing ceremony, Zhang Guorong emphasized Jiantao Group’s commitment to strategic layouts in the new energy sector, stating that Yongrong Energy serves as a core platform for implementing the group’s green strategy. He highlighted that this strategic partnership is built on the solid foundation of prior collaborations, where Huayuxin’s energy storage solutions demonstrated stability and significant benefits, showcasing their technical strength and expertise. He expressed hope for deeper cooperation in the future to promote the integration of technology and industry, creating complementary advantages and achieving mutual development.
Fu Liquan, a major shareholder of Huayuxin, expressed gratitude for the long-term trust and support from Jiantao Group and Yongrong Energy, while introducing the company’s technological advancements and application results in photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, and smart energy management systems. He noted that Huayuxin has established a comprehensive system that encompasses research and development, manufacturing, sales, delivery, and operation and maintenance, enabling flexible deployment and scalable expansion in commercial, residential, and large-scale ground station scenarios.
