In response to the trend towards larger capacity battery cells in energy storage systems, Huasi System has leveraged its technical advantages in BMS and PCS to launch the 430kW string liquid-cooled PCS. This product integrates BMS cluster control, a high-voltage box, and traditional PCS designs, achieving at least a 30% increase in energy density compared to conventional string systems. This effectively enhances the space utilization of energy storage systems.

For the first time, network topology technology has been incorporated, enabling rapid and effective support for grid stability. The intelligent dual-stage liquid cooling temperature control technology keeps the internal temperature rise within 5°C, prolonging the lifespan of power devices and significantly reducing auxiliary power consumption, resulting in an energy conversion efficiency of up to 99%.

2000V High Voltage Platform BMS 3.0

Upgrading energy storage systems to a 2000V voltage platform is an effective way to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and it represents a trend in energy storage development. Huasi System has launched the BMS 3.0 for the 2000V high voltage platform, supporting enhanced insulation up to 8000V. This upgrade significantly improves safety design, active and passive balancing, and balancing efficiency, fully realizing the battery management value of the BMS, which has already received certification.

AC/DC Integrated Cabin Solutions

Huasi System’s AC/DC integrated cabin solution employs a cluster-level layered management technique that effectively reduces the “barrel effect” and avoids circulation issues. This solution also minimizes electrical losses, reducing energy loss due to faults by 92%. With a more integrated design, the system can reduce its footprint by up to 30%. The entire cabin can be pre-installed and commissioned before leaving the factory, enabling immediate grid connection upon arrival at the site, and improving grid connection commissioning speed by over 50% compared to traditional energy storage solutions.

  • Configuration 4: BMS with self-developed BME252C and PCS with self-developed string liquid-cooled PCS, compatible with cells of 280Ah or higher; this solution utilizes bidirectional active balancing technology to redistribute battery energy more swiftly and evenly, effectively reducing the barrel effect and enhancing the energy returns of the energy storage system’s lifecycle by up to 150%.

Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage Solutions

Huasi System’s commercial and industrial energy storage solutions utilize AC/DC integrated liquid cooling technology, selecting self-developed 135kW string liquid-cooled PCS, which fully integrates the high-voltage box, cluster control BCU, and traditional PCS from structure to hardware to software. It is compatible with 314Ah cells and incorporates intelligent dual-stage liquid cooling temperature control technology to maintain PCS and battery temperature rises within 5°C while effectively reducing auxiliary energy consumption by 8%. This system can operate at 45°C without derating and is equipped with the self-developed energy management system, Xingchen 300, capable of supporting 24 parallel units for 3.2MW/6.5MWh systems, facilitating economic models such as peak-valley arbitrage and demand management.

Low Carbon Solutions for Data Centers

Data centers, as critical infrastructure for supporting AI applications, are increasingly important. Huasi System has developed low-carbon solutions tailored to the high data assurance and energy consumption characteristics of data centers, utilizing a self-developed three-tier architecture BMS: BME116B, BCE2B, and BSE1D, compatible with cells of 50Ah or higher. This solution meets the high-rate short-term backup power requirements of data centers while minimizing self-discharge rates, maintaining monthly losses within 1% to 2%.

Low Carbon Solutions for Homes

In the residential sector, Huasi System has introduced low-carbon solutions featuring a self-developed home energy storage integration unit that combines a storage inverter, photovoltaic inverter, and energy management functions. This system is specifically designed for areas with no grid or weak grids, as well as for high-load households. It excels in microgrid functions involving photovoltaics, storage, generators, and loads, supporting both grid-connected and off-grid operations, with millisecond-level rapid response switching capabilities.

Smart Energy Monitoring Platform

On the hardware front, Huasi System has simultaneously constructed a “Smart Energy Storage Monitoring Platform,” which has covered over 240 projects with a connected capacity exceeding 4.6GWh.
