This contract represents approximately 59.68% of the company’s projected revenue from its main business operations in 2024. The order includes handling robots, collaborative robots, charging robots, new energy forklifts, as well as robotic modules and core components.
This sales contract was signed concurrently with a tripartite cooperation framework agreement between Hongfuhuan, Guangdong Quansiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Guangdong Quansiang”), and Jiangxi Xiexun Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Jiangxi Xiexun”). The transaction counterpart for the sales contract is Guangdong Quansiang, with an expected delivery period from April to December 2026.
The tripartite agreement outlines that all parties will leverage their respective resources in the fields of AI servers and robotics to strengthen collaboration in research and development, product supply, market promotion, and solution integration related to artificial intelligence and robotics technology.
Guangdong Quansiang is an innovative company based in Guangdong, focused on the research and manufacturing of forklift robots (AGV). The company has developed core technologies in areas such as key components for forklift robots, navigation and positioning, motion control, SLAM laser algorithms for intelligent logistics scheduling, and traffic scheduling systems.
Jiangxi Xiexun, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luxshare Precision (002475), engages in ODM services related to robotic products and provides comprehensive solutions for intelligent warehousing.
Hongfuhuan operates within the consumer electronics industry, specializing in precision functional components, automation equipment, thermal management solutions, and new materials.
