Focus on GoodWe at SNEC ES+ 2025: Writing the Blueprint for New Power System Construction with Integrated Energy Storage Technology

On October 10, 2025, the 11th International Energy Storage and Battery Technology and Equipment Exhibition (SNEC ES+) kicked off at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. GoodWe showcased its innovative products and solutions covering the integrated energy network, load, and storage. The company demonstrated its technological capabilities and practical applications in building a new power system, becoming one of the highlights of the exhibition.

Currently, driven by dual carbon targets and policies allowing renewable energy to enter the market, the contradiction between the volatility of renewable energy and the insufficient flexibility of the power grid has become increasingly apparent. The demand for energy cost optimization, reliable power supply, and green transformation in both commercial and residential sectors continues to grow. The deep integration of solar energy and storage is a core path to addressing the challenges of renewable energy consumption. GoodWe’s integrated energy network layout is the key framework for achieving efficient energy collaboration, truly unlocking energy value.

Comprehensive Product Matrix Decoding the Core Highlights of Solar and Storage Integration

At this exhibition, GoodWe focused on three core solutions: residential, commercial, and ground-mounted systems, responding to diverse scene requirements through technical innovation. The residential energy storage products are deeply integrated into home life, providing thousands of families with new electricity experiences. The ESA series, with capacities from 3-10kW, has gained popularity, featuring a BACKUP port that allows seamless backup power for the entire home without requiring additional STS, significantly reducing system costs. The GoodWe heat pump employs a European original tenfold noise reduction technology, controlling operational noise to below 39 decibels. This technology perfectly matches the five-constant system’s requirements and features a photovoltaic direct drive, fully self-developed stack, and 3S system with AI cloud control for an intelligent and green lifestyle.

The commercial energy storage solution boasts breakthroughs in both efficiency and safety for core scenarios such as industrial plants and parks. The GoodWe ESA series 125kW/261kWh integrated commercial storage cabinet employs fully self-developed technology, achieving both long lifespan and high safety. It is equipped with the GoodWe Smart Energy WE platform, which utilizes AI algorithms for intelligent scheduling across multiple scenarios, including peak-valley arbitrage, demand management, and emergency backup power. The exhibition also featured a 50kW/100kWh commercial storage cabinet, which can be expanded in clusters with up to four units per system, forming a 4.5MWh capacity system to quickly respond to load fluctuations and avoid power limitations due to insufficient grid capacity. The six-layer safety protection design ensures device safety; it supports AFCI 3.0 and includes humidity monitoring and automatic dehumidification functions to guarantee stable system operation.

Moreover, the commercial area featured a solar storage charging shed as a highlight of scene integration. The North Pole series of photovoltaic construction materials, with a dual-chamber frame design, enhances structural strength, while the system-level drainage technology adapts to rainy areas. Coupled with intelligent charging piles, it achieves a closed-loop “solar storage charging” system: the self-developed charging pile not only perfectly matches GoodWe inverters but is also compatible with all mainstream electric vehicle brands, enabling intelligent matching of charging loads and photovoltaic output through the WE platform.

For large ground energy storage scenarios, GoodWe exhibited the ICS series—5160K Boosting Inverter, which simplifies maintenance processes through modular design. The cluster management technology allows PCS efficiency to reach 99%. This product supports multiple operating modes, including VSG/PQ, and enables off-grid black start and high-low voltage ride-through functions, actively supporting grid stability and providing reliable support in harsh environments like deserts, showcasing the friendly value of ground stations to the grid.

SNEC ES+ serves as a core platform for industry technology exchange and as a window for GoodWe to demonstrate its strategic implementation. Transitioning from a device supplier to an energy ecosystem builder, GoodWe firmly believes that “integrated energy solutions” is not merely a simple stack of technologies, but rather a data-driven and ecologically coordinated approach that ensures every kilowatt-hour of electricity achieves efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ecological value.

Looking ahead, GoodWe will continue to deepen innovations in solar and storage integration technology, driving the construction of new power systems and supporting the global energy transition process.
