Smart Energy Solutions: Gudiwei’s Impressive Debut at the ESIE International Energy Storage Exhibition
On April 10, 2025, the 13th International Energy Storage Summit and Exhibition (ESIE 2025) commenced at the Beijing International Convention Center. Recognized as one of the largest and most influential events in the global energy storage sector, the exhibition showcased cutting-edge innovations in energy storage technology and market applications. Gudiwei made a significant appearance with the theme “Smart Energy Solutions: Connecting Sources, Grids, Loads, and Storage,” presenting a comprehensive ecosystem that spans energy production, storage, consumption, and intelligent management across various scenarios, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale solutions.
<h2><b>Integrated Solutions to Accelerate Energy Transformation</b></h2>
The exhibition highlighted Gudiwei's household storage solutions, featuring the Sunshine Series photovoltaic materials combined with the ET hybrid inverter and Lynx F battery. The ES Uniq energy storage system and Lynx U series batteries, along with the single-phase ES Uniq storage inverter, were designed specifically for residential applications, ensuring both efficiency and cost-effectiveness. These systems enable seamless transition to backup power in less than 4 milliseconds, powered by AI-driven AFCI 3.0 arc protection, while supporting microgrid operations for photovoltaic inverters.
Moreover, the ES Uniq is equipped with a three-in-one port for generators, backup power, and intelligent loads, meeting diverse energy storage needs efficiently. Paired with the Lynx Home U series battery, which is designed for residential use, this low-voltage lithium battery incorporates an advanced six-fold safety protection system, allowing for continuous charging at 0.9C and discharging at 1C, with the capability to expand capacity to 150kWh by connecting up to 30 units. Its -20℃ low-temperature heating technology ensures stable battery operation.
Addressing space constraints in urban households, Gudiwei introduced balcony photovoltaic products featuring minimalist designs and flexible installation techniques, transforming small spaces into efficient power generation stations. The exhibition also marked the debut of Gudiwei's heat pump series, which integrates "light-storage-heat" to provide clean alternatives for high-energy consumption scenarios such as winter heating and hot water supply, enhancing both cost optimization and comfort for household electricity usage.
<h2><b>Integrated Solutions for Commercial and Industrial Applications</b></h2>
For commercial settings, Gudiwei presented integrated solutions like the "Galaxy" series photovoltaic materials that convert building facades and rooftops into power generation units. The ESA261kWh outdoor energy storage cabinet utilizes next-generation 314Ah high-energy density cells, integrating with the 3S system to offer longevity, safety, and cost efficiency. This cabinet supports the parallel connection of up to 10 units, achieving maximum capacities of 1.25MW/2.61MW, and features AI-driven battery diagnostics and health predictions.
The Gudiwei PCS 125kW modular energy storage inverter boasts flexible output arrangements, supporting both grid-tied and off-grid operations. It is adaptable to various battery types based on customer requirements, optimizing economic returns. The "Integrated PV-Charging Canopy" solution combines the ESA100kWh storage system, Arctic Series photovoltaic materials, and smart charging piles to create a zero-carbon closed loop from photovoltaic generation to energy storage and electric vehicle charging. This solution is suitable for parking lots and industrial parks, promoting a shift from grid dependency to self-sufficiency in transportation energy.
The latest PCS215kW + boost AC integrated warehouse, showcased as part of the energy storage system's core module, utilizes intelligent grid connection algorithms and includes features like a virtual synchronous machine and black start capability, ensuring excellent grid support and rapid response to grid dispatch. With a maximum efficiency of 99.01%, it is compatible with various lithium-ion batteries and includes dual-level surge protection for AC and DC, offering robust protection for the energy storage system. The modular design of the boost AC unit supports the mixed use of new and old batteries, allowing for flexible adaptation to changing grid conditions while addressing site constraints and operational challenges.
<h2><b>Smart Energy WE Platform: Unlocking System Value</b></h2>
The Gudiwei Smart Energy WE Platform serves as the digital brain for "Smart Energy Solutions," utilizing AI algorithms for cross-regional energy dispatch and virtual power plant management. It aims to create a digital, systematic, intelligent, and market-oriented energy ecosystem, ensuring the safety and value retention of energy assets while reducing costs and enhancing efficiency. By aggregating various distributed energy sources, it provides essential support for new energy assets to participate in the electricity trading market.
<h2><b>Collaborative Ecosystem: Building an Energy Storage Ecosystem</b></h2>
During the exhibition, Gudiwei signed strategic cooperation agreements with the National Urban Investment Industry Cooperation Organization, Xiamen New Energy Technology, and Ruipulan Jun New Energy, focusing on energy storage system integration, battery technology innovation, and smart energy platforms. This strategic signing was witnessed by Zeng Shaojun, Secretary-General of the All-China Renewable Energy Chamber of Commerce, and Wang Yingge, Vice President of Gudiwei Technology Co., Ltd. Gudiwei's Vice President Hou Xiangyong and General Manager Zhang Wenbing of Gudiwei Power Technology (Guangde) Co., Ltd. also attended the signing event.
At the concurrently held "Gudiwei Night," Vice President Wang Yingge delivered a keynote speech titled "<b>Smart Energy Solutions: Connecting Sources, Grids, Loads, and Storage</b>," highlighting Gudiwei's 13-year journey from being a single equipment supplier to establishing a comprehensive smart energy landscape. This includes leveraging the BIPV product matrix to capture the trillion-dollar building photovoltaic market, continuing to lead with photovoltaic canopies and integrated storage solutions, and forming a complete energy storage product system covering household, commercial, and utility-scale applications since 2012. Gudiwei aims to redefine the energy system with a focus on low-carbon resilience, economic efficiency, and maximizing the value of every kilowatt-hour of energy.
